Some try to make the answer to this simple question complex.

US Education Secretary Miguel Cardona refused to answer the direct question at a House hearing held April 18, 2023. Department of Justice, Housing and Urban Development, National Institute of Health and Federal Bureau of Prisons also could not define “woman,” even though they use the term liberally in initiatives aimed at helping women. 

Knowing what a woman is, is important. Title IX ensures that women and girls have equal access in schools. The Department of Health and Human services ensures women’s access to health care. 

Let’s settle it once and for all. A woman is a grownup girl. It’s time to stop pretending otherwise. Women’s sports, women’s healthcare, and women’s rights should be protected for biological women.
