Users can create a webinar with the click of Create Webinar option. To create a webinar, the user will select the nickname, Parent Camp (By default the camp from where the user clicked to create a post), Title, description, Webinar image, start date time, link to the source, closed option, enable comments, tag friends, tag camps, choose the time zone and option to select the privacy settings.
