The second one represents red information with the same greenness physical quality you represent green information with. This would be their answer to a question like: "What is redness like for you?"

Even though the second one could function the same and tell you the strawberry is 'red', it's experience of red would be like your experience of greenness. It could communicate to you what its redness is like by using well define terminology like this "My redness is like your greenness, both of which we call 'red'".
