Enhance the canonized feedback plugin to be more integrated with the html page. This will include things like:

• inject html directly into page
• Use AJAX to download, cache, and load into statement frame when selecting another camp rather than reloading entire page.
• Download and cache canonization values for changing canonizer without going back to server
