To reach critical mass, Canonizer needs to have the functionality of a social media platform. The User Interface needs to be both intuitive and "idiot proof," and users need to have a clear understanding of how the platform works within moments of first visiting the site.

Canonizer engineers have already proposed a version of this site that would include such functionality, but only in individual topics. A mock-up of the proposal can be found here.

This functionality should be extended to the entire site. Making Canonizer a fully functional social media platform is the best way to achieve the critical mass necessary to make Canonizer an effective tool for building consensus.

It's also important to note that this functionality can be added without compromising one iota of Canonizer's main focus of building consensus. In fact, making Canonizer a user-friendly social media platform will transform the "bleating and tweeting" noise of current social media and steer conversations and interactions towards common goals and building consensus.
