If the opportunity to communicate isn't worth your time to be accurate and fair, then what you have to communicate isn't important enough to say

If what you have to say, when the opportunity to communicate with someone, isn't worth your time to measure diligently for accuracy and fairness before you let it cross your lips or be typed by your fingers, then it isn't important enough to share at all. Keep it to yourself, until your values mature.
