Switch to scrypt hashing and use a faster block rate.

The primary difference between Litecoin and Bitcoin, is the that Litecoin uses scrypt hashing for proof of work and it has a faster block chain production rate. We believe Litcoin's success proves it's superiority to what Bitcoin is using now.
