Yes

We desperately want an easy way to do things like invest 401K type money in Bitcoins. We will take advantage of a Bitcoin based ETF for such purposes.

Also, we very much want this to be fastracked, and to not take years to get approval as other ETFs have required. After all, the emerging expert consensus is now predicting that Bitcoins will break the $1000/BTC valuation sometime between 2014 and 2017, and we'd like to invest in this ETF way before then.
