  2. To impart reliable phenomenal knowledge about a qualia. To eff the ineffable.
The term “eff the ineffable” has a long history. For example: Guy Bennett-Hunter’s ”Can We "Eff" the Ineffable?” and Sir Roger Scrutton’s ”Effing the Ineffable”.
