Hello, supporters of “Property Dualism”.

Many of the supporters of “Qualia Emerge from Function]” and “Qualia are Material Qualities” were once supporters of the “Property Dualism” doctrine.  James Carroll was the first to consider “Property Dualism” falsified back around 2011, and many have followed since.

Now that we’ve abandoned that, we are joining together to create the “Monism” camp, to compete with Property Dualism.  As you can see, the moves of the two camps to a supporting position of Monism, and the Monism camp statement, are scheduled to go live on April 30th.

Our question to supporters of Property Dualism is:  Are the arguments that we believe have falsified property dualism compelling to you?  If they are not, we would love to see a response in your camp statement, so we can understand why.  As described in our statement, which is about to go live, we believe “Property Dualism” to be a discredited theory, and we are hopeful that more people will recognize this and move forward.
