Yes, I get that. To the degree we eat animals, we are sinners, and must pay back our debt before there can be justice.
I love to point out that Jesus ate fish, thereby he is necessarily a sinner (contrary to popular belief about him being sinless. ;)
How many of those who support the "yes" camp to this question are actually vegetarian? Do you get the contradiction of "advocating" the well being of all sentient beings, within the context of eating them? Perhaps a bit of an explanation of this apparent contradiction might be warranted?
