Hi Folks,

How about we have a scrum master from each team?  With redundancy, we’ll have backups to help out on occasion. and maybe take turns running scrum sprints once in a while.  I’ve added a Scrum Master section to the “Who is working on What List” with 4 Scrum Master entries, the first two filled.  If we could get one entered for Talentelgia and Code District, that would be great.

Hi folks,

Sorry everything is so much of an anarchy and leaderless.  But to tell you the truth, that’s kind of the self organizing way I like it.  Jacob with Zibtek didn’t make it to the scrum meeting, today, partly because of me.  I didn’t notice that it was him that had a hard end time of 1 hour, in our first meeting, so he had to leave, before we finalized the scrum plans.  I should have either hard ended the meeting at that time, as I said I would, or get more of the info to him, after asking him to be our scrum master.  Anyway, things are quite chaotic, and I’m sure everyone will have times when things don’t get done, me especially.  Also, Jacob mentioned Google is depositing important e-mails in his spam folder, contributing to these types of problems.  I to have had this problem.  I have noticed critically important e-mails from some of you, lost in there.  So, I apologize for those cases, and am working to train google better.  So, let’s just focus on the good stuff people are doing, and if they’re having a bad day, let’s not worry about it.  Let’s all just find ways to get things done, the way you are all doing, already.

Thanks, Sunny, with Iffort, for stepping up and helping everyone out, making our first scrum a huge success.

We’ll do at least one more meeting on skype, Wednesday Sep 15, (6:30 pm IST, 7:00 am Utah) and at that point, Jacob will push us towards a better platform and communication tool to do the scrum meetings with.

Also, if everyone could continue to add all their contact information to this google sheet the code district team started, that would help everyone out.
