Dear all, While I am sharing your views, I am a bit concerned about overconfidence. Yes, there are ridiculous notions about AI, but... My view is simple. Truly independent AI will work in its own interest - only. And if human race stands in its way it will do everything it can to reach its goals... This was well explored by Isaac Asimov. I recommend this as very good read re AI. He has also articulated rules that should be built in such machines to prevent them going against human race. There is also HAL in movie "2001" that is also exploring well this as a possibility. Now, if you do not enhance your statements with this - I'll create an opposing camp. Have a nice day,
